Using the long exposure setting on my camera, I have trailed the lights of cars and street lamps, to create these interesting patterns. For a fine art and photography project that enabled me to be creative and free with my work, I was able to produce a series of light and dark exposure photographs to present as a slideshow on a projector. The start point was traces, which coincidently led me to trailing the patterns of light.

I also took the word, traces, as things that people can leave behind. With this, I took more photos but of things I could find around campus. I went and found footprints, car tyres, tyre tracks, cigarette butts, and leaves as they have fallen off the trees.
